I'm an independent consultant with more than 15 years of experience in UX design. Through this period I have worked for multiple companies in different industries within a huge variety of projects.

I love to help teams and organizations build products and great experiences that fulfill a clear business goal as well as value for the user. I am used to collaborating with stakeholders at every level of seniority and gather their requirements, challenge their thinking, articulate a concept and justify any design decision.

I have plenty of experience making good ideas great and then move on to the next clean sheet... but over the recent years I've been working full time in tech startups as part of huge product and tech teams. Here I pushed ideas all the way to implementation and beyond.🚀

My belief is that creativity and disruption can't bloom in a vacuum, but through collaborative methods that involve people and create common understanding through questioning – rather than persuasion and bullshit.😎
In this rapid changing digital world I follow my mantra: "Learn to unlearn". It helps me avoid the dinosaur-trap and always stay curious.🤔 I consider my way of working as structured, but I can thrive in most chaotic environments where dopey ideas are allowed – as long as there is a method to back it up.
