I'm currently working at Experis Academy as a Fullstack Java Developer. Before that I worked as an information technology project manager at The Agency for Culture and Palaces.

I have a Ph.D. in Information Systems from the Department of Digitalization, Copenhagen Business School. In my Ph.D. I looked into how immersive technologies, like virtual reality, shape and are shaped by organizational routines. Specifically, I shed light on why immersive technologies are used in organizational routines and how they can improve, among other things, performance in the architect, engineering, and construction industry.

In 2012 I graduated with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from Roskilde University. In 2015 I graduated with a master degree in Cand.IT from the IT-University of Copenhagen during which I, among other things, co-founded a start-up.
